English at Infantes School

English is not something from the future, it’s our present.

Nowadays no matter what we do or where we go, English is one of our biggest tools. It is as important as knowing how to write or read. It’s a language we use and will use every day. You listen to music, play videogames, watch reels, watch movies, read new scientific information or travel the world, English is there.

The question is… is it a challenge? Yes, definitely it is however… IT CAN BE FUN!

Each day counts and makes the difference, every little effort is important, but the one thing that must be part of learning English is know WE CAN DO IT! There are no limits as long as we believe in ourselves.

At Colegio Infantes we believe this language has to be taught following a sequence, that we do, from pre-kinder to High School, each of us work as a team to walk the same road and don’t get lost. Each teacher with their own flavor, but the goal is clear: making sure students go out to the world and prove themselves how capable they are to succeed and do it in more than one language.

Spelling bees, show and tell, oral presentations, plays, experiments, inventions, cooking, painting, making puzzles, infinite options for each class, each group, each age. Gamification is one of our most important activities because we always need to motivate them, even if it is 5 minutes, having fun is part of the process.
